Terms of Service

Who these terms are between

Runnable is operated by Authaz Tecnologia da Informação LTDA., with its registered office at Rua Pais Leme 215, Conj. 1713, São Paulo–SP 05424-150, Brazil ("Runnable", "we"). These terms apply between us and the organization that subscribes ("you"). If you accept them for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, São Paulo have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection, or other applicable law requires otherwise.

What the service is

Runnable is an independent CI control plane. It parses Actions-compatible workflow files, schedules and executes jobs on ephemeral Linux x64 machines, stores logs and artifacts, and reports results.

The service is in early availability. Features, limits, and supported constructs may change. We will publish breaking changes rather than apply them silently.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for your organization's members, their roles, and the credentials and secrets you store. Keep your access tokens confidential and remove members who should no longer have access.

You are responsible for the workflows you run and the code they execute.

Plans, billing, and usage

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes an allowance of normalized minutes, where one normalized minute is one minute on 2 vCPU and other runner sizes are normalized proportionally.

Usage beyond the included allowance is billed at the published per-minute overage rate, unless you disable overage — in which case jobs stop at the allowance instead of billing further.

You control your ceiling. You can set a monthly hard spend cap, choose stop-at-allowance behaviour, and configure budget alerts. If a cap or allowance blocks dispatch, that is the control working as configured and is not a service failure.

Usage is metered from authoritative machine time and reported with immutable usage-event identifiers. Invoices reflect that record.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time and your subscription runs to the end of the paid month. There is no annual contract and no minimum term. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial months. Compatibility checking and migration are free and unlimited without a subscription, so you can determine whether Runnable fits before paying.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before they apply to your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Runnable provides compute. You may not use it to mine cryptocurrency, run distributed denial-of-service or brute-force attacks, send spam, host persistent services unrelated to building and testing your software, circumvent allowance or billing controls, or scan and attack systems you do not own or have permission to test.

You may not use the service to process content that is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to process.

We may suspend dispatch immediately where we detect abuse of this kind. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Service boundaries

The current executor contract is Linux x64 only, supports jobs and steps up to six hours, native service containers, and OIDC, but not Windows, macOS, ARM, or native job containers. Write-scoped Git provider tokens require matching installation grants.

Logs and artifacts follow the retention window of your plan. We are not a backup service — export anything you need to keep beyond that window.

Runnable depends on third-party providers for hosting, compute, payments, and repository access. Interruptions in those services can interrupt Runnable.

Your content and ours

You keep all rights to your code, workflows, logs, and artifacts. You grant us only the permissions needed to run, store, secure, support, and bill the service. We do not use customer content to train AI models — see the Privacy Policy.

We keep all rights to the Runnable platform, software, and documentation. These terms grant no licence to it beyond using the service.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment; if you need one, talk to us before subscribing rather than after.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Runnable and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for a breach of the acceptable-use section, or where required by law.

On termination we stop dispatch and delete your content in line with the Privacy Policy, retaining only what we must for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
